Our West Virginia bed and breakfast offers lodging accommodations situated in the Potomac Highlands, along the state’s eastern border in Hampshire County, WV just 30 minutes from Winchester, Virginia.
Although located in a rural area, our guests tell us we’re easy to find when they use our directions. Visit our site map.
New hi-tech tools offered by GPS units and Internet map services will get you very close, but it’s a generally recognized limitation of some Internet and GPS services ability to pinpoint rural locations for which there is no street address. After considerable work with Google, we believe the Google Map shown below is correct and that it offers correct directions to and from the location.
In any case, feel free to use whatever level of technology you're comfortable with to guide you to our general area. The following guidance should help assure the final few miles of your trip bring you right to our doorstep.

- From Winchester, VA
- Proceed 12 miles WEST on US Rte 50
- Turn SOUTH on VA Rte 259 (marked to High View and Wardensville) and proceed for 11 miles to Yellow Spring

- The Asa Cline House is on your left immediately across from the Yellow Spring town limits sign (if you pass through the village and cross the bridge, you've gone too far)
